ESR3 at The young researchers’ voice
At the 25th of May, a whole afternoon was dedicated to young researchers in CNR-IMAA in Potenza (Italy). It was the aim of the meeting to learn from their stories and experiences, as well as to discuss the current situation of research in Italy.

The European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2015 is one of the most important conferences in geosciences in Europe. It took place in Vienna, Austria, from the 12th to 17th of April, 2015, and attracted more than 11000 scientists from 108 countries. Naturally, five ITaRS fellows participated and had the chance to present their work and learn from the conference’s wide variety of topics.
TOPROF Meeting in Granada

During 5-7 May, 2015, I participated in the TOPROF (COST Action) meeting in Granada, Spain. The meeting had a general session on the first day and then separate sessions for the four working groups over next two days. The four working groups include WG 1: Ceilometers, WG 2: Doppler lidars, WG 3: Microwave radiometers, WG 4: Data assimilation.
